The fee that you are charged when paying with a Visa and/or credit card is not riba/interest. Contemporary scholars view such fees and any annual fees for Visa and/or credit cards as a service fee the bank or card issuer charges for the service they provide.

It is also recommended to purchase goods and services with money you actually have, i.e. debit cards or cash. It is possible to use credit cards and avoid riba-based transactions (interest-free payment deferrals) as well, but this is generally discouraged because you risk paying interest on such schemes.
