Dear members and visitors,
WIM informs you that the authorities have permitted events and religious gatherings for up to (MAX 50 people) from May 7, 2020. WIM is gradually opening for some daily prayers, Tarawih, Friday prayers, and Eid al-Fitr prayers.
There will still be strict infection control measures as a result of the coronavirus, otherwise we risk being closed upon inspection by the authorities.
- ·All visitors must register with their name and telephone number at the entrance.
- ·Hand sanitizer must be used upon arrival.
- ·Everyone must perform wudu from home, as we do not have such facilities open due to strict hygiene requirements.
- ·Everyone must bring their own prayer rug, prayer cap, tasbih, Quran, and gloves; otherwise, you will not be allowed to enter.
- ·Maintain a distance of at least 1 meter between people on the premises and avoid physical contact such as shaking hands, etc.
- ·Elderly people over 65 and children under 12 cannot participate until further notice; we will provide information when it is safe for them to visit the mosque.
- ·People with a history of illness (heart and lung disease, diabetes, cancer, or high blood pressure) or those who are ill with fever, respiratory symptoms, cough, etc., are also advised not to visit us until further notice.
- ·Please show respect to the guard at the door. We do not allow more than 50 people at each prayer, as there are always other people in the building as well.
